Stanley “Stash” Jarocki has created, deployed and managed entire IT security programs for Federal government and major financial services companies. Stash currently serves as the Director of Information Risk, Compliance & Federated Identity Access Management at Albertson’s Stores. His past roles include: CISO at Phoenix Children’s Hospital; Vice President – Information Security Officer /Operational Risk Manager for Corporate Technology & Data at Wells Fargo Bank; Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Bessemer Trust Corporation, SVP and Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, VP; Head of Information Security Engineering – Morgan Stanley, VP; Creator/Head of Technical Support and Research – Citibank Corporate Audit, VP; and Electronics Engineer & Crypto-Mathematician – National Security Agency.
He has been honored as the architect/builder and a founder of the FS-ISAC (Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center) for the Financial Services critical infrastructure sector. This comprised the top USA banks, brokerages and financial services companies. He was the lead editor and a contributing author of the original USA National Security Plan for the financial sector. He was the Chairman of the FS-ISAC which was the first ISAC and threat intelligence center bonding government agencies - US Treasury, the FBI and Department of Homeland Security – and the private sector for sharing critical infrastructure protection information and solutions.
